His Excellency Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi is the UAE Minister of Investment and serves as the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer at ADQ.
His Excellency holds the positions of Chairman of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) and AD Ports Group. He is also the Second Vice Chairman of Aldar Properties.
In addition, His Excellency serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Emirates Investment Authority, Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, Advanced Technology Research Council, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, and Al Dahra Holding.
Before joining ADQ, His Excellency garnered extensive experience across multiple sectors in his tenure with Mubadala Investment Company, where he held several investment management positions covering sectors such as metals and mining, real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, technology, and agriculture.
His Excellency has experience in banking and finance from his tenures with Union National Bank, Abu Dhabi Ship Building and the General Secretariat of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
His Excellency holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from United Arab Emirates University.

Khalifa is a Managing Partner at Lunate and brings over 23 years of experience to the firm. In his position as Managing Partner, Khalifa oversees Lunate’s Fund Investments, Partnerships and Strategy.
Prior to co-founding Lunate, Khalifa served as the CEO of Abu Dhabi Growth Fund, managing more than $35 billion in assets primarily across private market strategies. Previously, he held the position of Group CIO at ADQ. He has also held several senior managerial positions at Mubadala Investment Company and Abu Dhabi National Chemical Company.
He is currently Chairman of Agthia Group, Vice Chairman of AD Ports Group and Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company.
Khalifa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University and an EMBA with Distinction from Zayed University.

Mohamed Ibrahim Al Hammadi brings extensive experience in the energy industry to his role as Board member of AD Ports Group.
Al Hammadi is currently the Managing Director and CEO of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC), having led landmark initiatives within the organisation, including the deployment of the region’s first nuclear power plant, the Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant. He leads the delivery of the wider UAE Peaceful Nuclear Energy Program, to ensure the full value of civil nuclear energy is realized, including domestic and overseas investment, advanced technology, clean fuels and support in advancing related sectors.
Al Hammadi also brings a wealth of experience to the Boards of Directors of ENEC, Terrapower, the National Marine Dredging Company, AD Ports Group and the World Nuclear Association (WNA). He is the President of the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) and a member of WANO Atlanta Centre’s (AC) Governing Board, and a member of the American Nuclear Society, and the Project Management Institute (USA). This is in addition to his role as senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (USA), the International Council on Large Electric Systems, and the Engineers Association of the UAE.
Al Hammadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, USA. He also holds an honorary Doctorate from Ajou University of the Republic of Korea.

Najeeba Aljabri brings over two decades of experience in the chemical engineering industry to her role as member of AD Ports Group’s Board of Directors.
Aljabri is currently the Vice President – Technical, Midstream of Emirates Global Aluminium.
Aljabri has an impressive professional background and is an advocate of gender equality in the workplace, and was the first woman to work in Dubai Aluminium’s (DUBAL) operations, as well as being the Middle East’s first female potline operation manager. Additionally she led the start-up of the world’s longest potline utilising the most advanced technology under Emirates Global Aluminium.
Aljabri holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from United Arab Emirates University in Al Ain, UAE, a Master’s in Process Control from Auckland University, and an MBA from Hult International Business School. She was awarded a Certificate on Aluminium Smelting from the University of New South Wales.

Jasim Husain Thabit sits on the Board of Directors of AD Ports Group bringing decades of experience in the energy space to the role.
Thabit’s expansive professional background comprises of several leadership positions in key Abu Dhabi entities, including serving as Board member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Etihad Aviation Group.
Thabit is currently the Group CEO and Managing Director of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and also sits on the Board of directors. Mr. Thabit has held numerous prominent positions throughout his career, including CEO and Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Power Corporation and CEO of the National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed).
Thabit holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Martin’s University, USA.

Al Mulla is the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC (ADQ). In his role, he oversees the company’s portfolio in four economic clusters: Food and Agriculture, Mobility and Logistics, Financial Services, and Real Estate Investments.
Al Mulla also sits on the Board of Directors of Etihad Aviation Group PJSC, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA), Abu Dhabi Ports Company PJSC, Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Etihad Rail PJSC and Abu Dhabi Aviation PJSC.
Al Mulla has over two decades of experience in structured finance and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, financial planning, risk management, restructuring, business development and operations.
Al Mulla has held several key leadership positions in global corporations, including: Managing Director & CEO of EDGE Group PJSC, Group CIO at ADQ, and CFO of the Petroleum & Petrochemicals Platform at Mubadala Investment Company.
Al Mulla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University in Oregon, USA.

Renzo Bravo Calambrogio brings over two decades of extensive experience in logistics, covering strategy, marketing, and operations across diverse geographic regions including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Currently the Logistics Director – Portfolio Management at ADQ, he is responsible for the performance of investments and spearheads both inorganic growth through acquisitions and organic development to scale ADQ’s logistics footprint globally.
Before his current role at ADQ, Mr. Calambrogio was pivotal at UPS, where as the Strategy Vice President for the Emerging Markets Region, he was instrumental in creating a joint venture in India and establishing major partnership agreement across Africa and ecommerce players, enhancing UPS’s service offerings and operational synergies.
From 2014 to 2018, as Marketing Vice President for India & Subcontinent, Middle East & Africa at UPS, he developed an asset-light expansion strategy that significantly doubled the business size within four years, demonstrating his robust capability in scaling operations and improving profitability.
His earlier tenure as Europe Region Strategy Director saw him leading market and commercial synergy assessments for key projects such as a potential opportunity between UPS and TNT, aimed at merging service bases and expanding market share.
Mr Calambrogio's career is marked by his strategic vision, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering substantial growth in highly competitive markets.
Educated at Columbia Business School and Manchester Business School with an MBA, Mr. Calambrogio also has a solid academic foundation in business administration from the University of Lima. His tri-lingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Italian complements his versatile international exposure and cultural adaptability.

Gil Adotevi is Group Chief Investment Officer of ADQ. Gil is responsible for identifying compelling investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring efforts, across the Food & Agriculture, Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, and Real Estate Investments clusters.
Gil is Chairman of Unifrutti Group and serves as a board member of Agthia Group, Al Dahra Holding, Louis Dreyfus Company, and LuLu International Holdings.
Prior to his current role, Gil held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Food & Agriculture at ADQ. Previously, Gil was Senior Vice President at Mubadala Investment Company, where he was responsible for the company’s investments in Food and Agribusiness, Metals, Mining, and Utilities units. Earlier in his career, Gil held various roles in investment banking and investment management at RBC Capital Markets and State Street in Canada.
Gil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and is a graduate of the London Business School’s MBA program.

Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi is the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of AD Ports Group, the global trade enabler of logistics, industry, and trade. Listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, AD Ports Group’s vertically integrated business approach covers Digital, Economic Cities & Free Zones, Logistics, Maritime & Shipping, and Ports, with a diverse portfolio of assets that includes 34 terminals around the world.
In his role, Captain Al Shamisi is responsible for the organisation’s strategy, direction and global operations, he also takes the lead on the growth and expansion of AD Ports Group’s assets and development activities. Under his premiership, AD Ports Group has emerged as one of the most dynamic and innovative companies in the maritime, logistics and trade sectors; he has led the growth of the organisation from a local company to a publicly listed global entity, with a perpetually expanding worldwide presence.
A strong, determined and entrepreneurial leader, with over 20 years of maritime and trade industry experience, Captain Al Shamisi capitalises on his substantial executive knowledge to guide the Group toward accelerating the UAE leadership’s vision of diversifying the non-oil and gas economy. During his tenure, AD Ports Group has evolved into a significant driver for economic growth and diversification, contributing AED 152.8 billion to UAE GDP, which represents 13 percent of the UAE’s non-oil GDP.
Captain Al Shamisi joined AD Ports Group in 2008 and has since held key leadership positions, which include the Executive Vice President for the company’s Ports Unit. In this role, he was instrumental in a major strategic restructuring of the unit and the rationalisation of its assets. He also oversaw the completion and commissioning of the first phase of the flagship port, Khalifa Port and adjacent KEZAD, the largest integrated trade, logistics, and industrial business grouping in the Middle East.
In addition to serving as Managing Director and GCEO at AD Ports Group, Captain Al Shamisi is currently the Chairman of Aramex, Mair Group, and Serh Group, in addition to Vice Chairman of UAE Sailing & Rowing Federation. He is also a Board Member of Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi Airports Company, MAKE A WISH Foundation, UAE.
Captain Al Shamisi holds an MBA, an advanced Diploma of Applied Science (shipmaster) and a Graduate Certificate of Management from the University of Tasmania, Australia.
Amongst his numerous personal accolades, Captain Al Shamisi was awarded the Peter Morris Prize from the Australian Maritime College (AMC) for his significant contributions to the maritime industry, as well as the AMC Baird Publication Prize for Best Performance in Navigation Studies, He is also the recipient of the Sheikh Rashid Award for Academic Excellence.
In 2012, he was named ‘Young Personality of the Year’ at the Seatrade Middle East and Indian Subcontinent Awards and has repeatedly been ranked number one in Logistics News Middle East’s CEO Power List, achieving this accolade in 2018, 2020 and 2021.
