Abu Dhabi Ports launches maritime safety campaign for students

‘Salamty’ safety campaign was held in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Abu Dhabi Department of Transport and Abu Dhabi Police
SAFEEN, the Middle East’s leading integrated marine services provider and subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Ports, has launched ‘Salamty’ to raise awareness among Dalma Island students of passenger safety on ferries. It was organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Abu Dhabi Department of Transport and the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police.
Capt. Adil Banihammad, Acting CEO of Abu Dhabi Marine Services – SAFEEN, praised the support offered by SAFEEN’s partners and their efforts to ensure increased awareness of safety procedures on passenger ferries.
He commented “Salamty is part of the role Abu Dhabi Ports plays in CSR and its unwavering commitment towards local communities. We are constantly seeking to raise awareness and enhance knowledge about maritime safety practices to ensure passenger safety.
